Golden Lion Tamarin, also known as Golden Marmoset, is a New World monkey of the family Callitrichidae. Native to the Atlantic coastal forests of Brazil, it is an endangered species with an estimated wild population of “more than 1,000 individuals” and an approximate captive population of 490 individuals
